Linda has appeared on" Great little Breaks" and "Arty Facts" on Anglia Television; "Working Lunch" on BBC2, "Best of British Breaks" on Sky, North Norfolk Radio and BBC Radio to talk about her work, she has also appeared in the Eastern Daily Press publications, NFK health & Lifestyle and nationally the Craftsman Magazines. In 2006 she appeared on Anglia T.V.’s Coastal Inspirations painting Cromer Pier in Oils and talking about her work.

Me and my work

Working as a professional artist for eight years, teaching for six Clients have described Linda’s work as being influenced by the French Impressionists. She is certainly inspired by French architecture and light. As well as that around her home & studio in North Norfolk.

Travelling widely to undertake commissions for commercial and private clients, Linda will also work on exclusive site-specific designs for brochures, greeting, postcards and notebooks.
Linda has just returned from a solo exhibition at Galerie “La Cardabelle” in St Guilhem le Desert, Montpellier, France.
“Le Boulevard” Hotel in Marseillan, Languedoc, France has a permanent exhibition of Linda’s work. Her work is for sale in galleries around Britain, along with her cards, prints and stationary designs.
Linda instructs in drawing, watercolour & Oils, in the U.K. and France. Her teaching is based on building confidence and having fun, as well as passing on her knowledge of the technical side of drawing, painting and materials. Whether she is painting in Watercolours or oils Linda uses the same limited palette, stressing the need to understand the use of tone and colour mixing.

She can be seen working at her Studio at Chandlers Yard Ludham Bridge in the Norfolk Broads.
