Me and my work

Sam Wise studied art and design at Ravensbourne College in Bromley. Following graduation he worked at a design consultancy based in Islington then decided to go it alone.

A keen mountain-biker, he stumbled on an offcut of underground conduit, threw it in his backpack, took it home and explored the possibilities of creating lighting effects.

Since then his personal and company rationale has been to create contemporary design pieces incorporating elements of industrial objects and materials.
As a result Sam produces unique designs. Rather than bear the high cost of producing each component they source well known objects from other industries and re_apply them to create contemporary designs. Initially lighting, the range is now being extended to furniture.
