How does designintro work?
Designintro works with designers and artists to help them sell their work to the public. Customers can browse our site, select their products and place an order through our secure checkout. Shoppers enjoy the benefit of having designintro behind their purchase so if there are any problems designintro will resolve them and make a full refund if the sale is not completed satisfactorily. So shoppers have all the exclusivity of buying work by independent designers and all the benefits and security of dealing with an established company

How do I join designintro?
Simply register here - it's free and simple.

How do I login?
Make a note of the email address and password you have used and login to the member's area here using the login in the right hand menu

Forgotten my password
First input your username (your email address) then below the login panel there is a forgotton password option, this will then send you a password link to your via email, this will then enable you to login and update your password.

When will I receive my sales income?
In order to be able guarantee deliveries (or their money back) for shoppers buying from independent designers, designintro need a period in which delivery can be verified and the shopper confirm they are not returning the goods. Members are therefore paid a maximum of 30 days from the date of a successfully completed sale.
