Do I need to register to shop with designintro?
No. When you use our checkout you can opt to have your details saved to make your next purchase easier. If you don't want to save your details you don't need to. If you do we respect your privacy absolutely. Please see our full privacy policy here but the principle is simple - we never share your details with anybody.
What is your returns policys
Our members do their very best to describe their products really well but we do understand you may sometimes wish to return something unsuitable. You may return any product (*) you have ordered from designintro within 7 days from receipt of delivery provided it is still in saleable condition. We will refund your purchase price in full if you return the goods yourself in saleable condition or less a delivery, restocking and packing charge if we are responsible recovering goods. No charge will be made for the return of items that are defective or unfit for the purpose described.
If you decide to return your purchase please advise designintro on returns@designintro.co.uk stating whether you intend to return the goods or whether you wish to pay a collection and restocking charge as noted in the terms & conditions
