Delivery

Charges and options
Our designer members set the packing and delivery charge for each item based on a fair cost for the service. Some will offer the option of shipping overseas - this will be clearly shown in the product description. If only UK shopping is offered this designer is only prepared to ship to the UK.

Deliveries to different address
To ensure your security our designintro will only ship to the address your credit or debit card is
registered to.

Overseas delivery
Some of our designer members will offer the option of shipping overseas - this will be clearly shown in the product description. Just select the destination of your choice when options are shown and the correct delivery price will automatically be shown. If only UK shopping is offered this designer is only prepared to ship to the UK.

Track my order
Most designer members use couriers with a tracking service. You can contact the member via the email adress on your order confirmation in order to obtain a tracking number for online delivery tracking or contact us on delivery@designintro.co.uk quoting your order number.

When will my products be delivered
Products shown as available to buy are held in stock. As our members work is exclusive and individually created there are circumstances where it can take a little longer than buying branded goods. Where this is the case it will be clearly stated in the product description. In these circumstances your order will take a maximum of 21 days to arrive.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
Your delivery is guaranteed by designintro. If delivery fails we will offer you a replacement or full refund. In the first instance please contact the designer member via the email adress on your order confirmation who will investigate. If for any reason the matter is not resolved please contact designintro on delivery@designintro.co.uk

What if my order arrives damaged
Please advise the courier immediately in writing and feel free to refuse delivery, stating why e.g. if the item itself is clearly damaged. Advise the designer member via the email adress on your order confirmation and designintro on delivery@designintro.co.uk. We will offer you a replacement or full refund. If for any reason the matter is not resolved please contact designintro on delivery@designintro.co.uk
designintro and/or its members cannot be responsible for replacing damaged goods if the courier is not advised in writing of the damage on receipt

What if only part of my order arrives
If you have ordered more than one item from one or more designers they may arrive separately.

What if I am not in when you try to deliver?
The courier will leave a card with a number where you can contact them to arrange convenient redelivery.
