Refunds, returns and order information

Changing or cancelling my order
If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us on delivery@designintro.co.uk quoting your order number as soon as possible. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns policy (see below).
Special orders - please note we cannot accept return of items made to customers specific requirments. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns policy
Our members do their very best to describe their products really well but we do understand you may sometimes wish to return something unsuitable. You may return any product (*) you have ordered from designintro within 7 days from receipt of delivery provided it is still in saleable condition.
If you decide to return your purchase please advise us on returns@designintro.co.uk stating whether you intend to return the goods or whether you wish to pay a collection and restocking charge as noted in the terms & conditions.
No charge will be made for the return of items that are defective or unfit for the purpose described.
In any other circumstances any money which you have paid will be refunded in full if you return the goods yourself in saleable condition, or less a delivery, restocking and packing charge (as shown below) if we are responsible for recovering goods, provided that the the member receives the goods in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to you. 
Small items (Post - eg clocks) £7.95
Medium items (Courier - eg small furniture) £12.95
Large items (eg  furniture) £25.00
These costs are purely to assist in recovering packaging and transport costs etc.
Your statutory rights are unaffected 

Damaged goods
Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made on the day of receipt by contacting us on delivery@designintro.co.uk quoting your order number.. Please ensure you check all goods carefully before signing for them. We cannot be responsible for replacing damaged goods if the courier is not advised in writing of the damage on receipt.
